Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Farmchops within 14 days of delivery if:

Eligible for Return

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items that don't match description
  • Non-perishable items in original packaging
  • Unopened shelf-stable products

Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable items after 24 hours
  • Items with broken seals
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Clearance items marked "Final Sale"

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service

    Email returns@farmchops.com or call (555) 123-4567 within the eligible return period.

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we'll cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

How long do I have to return an item?

Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Do I need the original packaging to return an item?

While original packaging is preferred, we understand it's not always possible. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned. You'll need the order number or gift receipt. Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact customer service immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
